Refund, Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Team Kremchympe Official. To ensure a smooth experience for all guests and to help us prepare guides, vehicles, permits, and equipment, please read our booking policy carefully before confirming your tour.

1. Booking Confirmation

• A booking is confirmed only after the required advance payment has been received.

• Guests must provide accurate contact details during booking.

• The remaining balance must be paid before or at the start of the tour unless otherwise agreed.

3. Cancellation by Team Kremchympe Official

If we cancel a tour due to unsafe weather, natural disasters, road closures, government restrictions, or any unforeseen circumstances:

• Guests may choose to reschedule their tour at no additional charge (subject to availability), or

• Receive a full refund of the amount paid.

4. Rescheduling Policy

• Rescheduling requests made at least 72 hours before the tour date are free of charge and are subject to availability.

• Requests made within 72 hours may not be accepted. If accepted, additional charges may apply.

• Guests may reschedule only once. Any further changes will be treated as a new booking.

5. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method whenever possible.

• Bank processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

6. Weather & Safety

Adventure activities such as cave exploration, bamboo rafting, swimming, cliff jumping, and off-road driving depend on weather and safety conditions.
If an activity is cancelled for safety reasons, we will offer a suitable alternative or reschedule the activity whenever possible.

7. Force Majeure

Team Kremchympe Official is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or itinerary changes caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, landslides, floods, road blockages, government restrictions, strikes, or other emergencies.

8. Guest Responsibility

Guests are responsible for:

• Arriving at the meeting point on time.

• Following the instructions of guides and safety staff.

• Wearing appropriate clothing and footwear.

• Informing us of any medical conditions that may affect participation.

Guests who fail to follow safety instructions may be removed from the tour without a refund.

9. Transfer of Booking

If you cannot attend, you may transfer your booking to another person by informing us at least 48 hours before the tour, subject to approval.
